- 350g oats-- 60g vanilla protein powder (brand: @proteinworks 360 extreme whey)-- 10g Baking powder-- 30g 0 cal sweetener-- Tsp cinnamon-- Tsp nutmeg-- Pinch of salt-- 2 large ripe-overripe bananas-- 4 eggs-- 480ml milk (I used almond milk - less cals)-- Tbsp honey-- 150g frozen blueberries-- 25g blueberries (on top for aesthetics - optional)-- Reduced fat custard (50g on each prep - optional topping - I use it every time..🤤)- |
