As Australia’s top rated meal delivery service, they have been offering over 50 freshly prepared meals to pick from either for muscle gain, performance, or calorie control. They also have build-your-own meal plan and fixed sets with meals that are keto-friendly, vegan, low-carb or high-calorie.

My Muscle Chef provides two options for purchasing their meals: online or in store. If you’re in a rush and can’t wait for your meals to be delivered, My Muscle Chef meals are available at selected IGA’s, FoodWorks, Harris Farms, Romeo’s, Drakes and Cornetts stores across Australia.

My Muscle Chef’s delivers to more than 4,200 postcodes across Australia; also available in over 600 stores. At checkout, you’ll have the option to select from two delivery time slots (usually between midnight – 7am and 8am-6pm).

Meals are delivered in a lined cardboard box with gel ice packs. With any type of food, our recommendation would be to store meals in the fridge or freezer as soon as possible.
