  • 1kg Lean Ground Beef
  • 2 Whole Eggs
  • 50g Panko Bread crumbs
  • 60g Ketchup
  • 4g Garlic Powder
  • 4g Onion Powder
  • 1g Dried Oregano
  • 1g Dried Thyme
  • Seasoning To Taste
  • Spring Onions Garnish
  • 120g Sriracha Sauce
  • 60ml Reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 30ml Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 50g Honey
  • 15g Fresh Ginger, Grated
  • 4 Garlic Cloves, Grated
  • 300g Basmati Rice, Washed
  • 600g Boiling Water
  • Salt To Taste
  • Aromatics (Optional)
  • 300g Broccolini, Ends Trimmed
  • 10ml Sesame Oil
  • Seasoning To Taste

In an oven-safe dish, add 300g of washed Basmati rice, 600g of boiling water, and salt to taste.

Cover the rice with aluminium foil and cook it in the oven for 25 minutes.

Grate 15g of fresh ginger and 4 garlic cloves using a microplane.

Cut 300g of broccolini into medium-sized pieces.

In a pan, heat 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the 300g of broccolini, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5 minutes.

In a bowl, combine 1kg of lean ground beef,2 whole eggs, 50g of Panko breadcrumbs, 60g of ketchup, 4g of garlic powder, 4g of onion powder, 1g of dried oregano, 1g of dried thyme, and season to taste. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.

Divide the beef mixture into 25 equal portions of 80 grams each and shape them into balls. Place the balls on a plate.

Add 1/2 tablespoon of peanut oil to a pan and cook the meatballs for 1 minute on each side.

In a bowl, combine 120g of Sriracha sauce, 60ml of reduced-sodium soy sauce, 30ml of apple cider vinegar, 50g of honey, 15g of grated fresh ginger, and 4 grated garlic cloves. Mix all the ingredients together to create a sauce.

Remove the meatballs from the pan. In the same pan, add the Sriracha sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
