Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats (blended into a powder)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 1/3 cup milk (I use 1%, or you can use any kind)
- 2 tbsp low calorie maple syrup
- 1/2 scoop (15-20g) protein powder (I used myprotein vanilla or jelly donut whey from their MYPRO line. My 40 off code is RAZI. Check my highlights under “MyProtein” if needed!)
- 1/3 cup frozen raspberries (microwaved for 15-20 seconds then lightly mashed)
- Cinnamon or powdered sweetener (I used a sprinkle of stevia)
