  • 4, 8oz Chicken breasts, fat trimmed
  • 2 Heaping tbsps (48g) hot honey
  • 1/4 Cup (56g) low sugar balsamic vinegar
  • Garlic salt, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper to taste (I used about 1/2 a tsp of each…except for the pepper, I used less.
  • 3 Cups (340g) Green beans, steamed
  • 1/2 Tbsp (7g) olive oil
  • Flakey salt to taste
  • Optional chicken topping gives it a Carrara’s chicken Bryan vibe
  • 4oz’s (112g) goat cheese
  • 4 Tbsps Sun dried tomatoes (I used ones without oil to keep the calories lower)
  • Fresh basil to taste
