Ingredients
- 4, 8oz Chicken breasts, fat trimmed
- 2 Heaping tbsps (48g) hot honey
- 1/4 Cup (56g) low sugar balsamic vinegar
- Garlic salt, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper to taste (I used about 1/2 a tsp of each…except for the pepper, I used less.
- 3 Cups (340g) Green beans, steamed
- 1/2 Tbsp (7g) olive oil
- Flakey salt to taste
- Optional chicken topping gives it a Carrara’s chicken Bryan vibe
