A Life Plus has several meal options, including Keto, NDIS, Plant-Based, Alkaline, and Organic, with plans for 3, 5, or 7 days. Customers have the option to choose their own dishes, but it can be difficult to find specific meals without any filtering or dietary information provided on the website. A Life Plus offers meals made from the freshest ingredients sourced daily from local Aussie farmers. The dishes are hand-cooked by Chefs in their local kitchen to the customer’s order. The meals are then sealed and delivered within 24 hours for maximum taste and freshness.
A Life Plus uses only fresh, not frozen ingredients and all dishes have no added sugar, artificial ingredients, colouring and chemical preservatives. Special dietary requirements are catered for and customers have the flexibility to add or remove ingredients. The dishes can also be personalised to the customer’s taste by adjusting the salt level, ingredient mix, the amount of sauce and removal of allergens.

Shipping with A Life Plus is convenient and affordable. Orders over $50 ship for free to any of their delivery zones, and even orders under $50 have a flat rate fee of $10. While they currently do not deliver to Darwin and Perth, this is common due to the challenges of shipping food across long distances in Australia.
