Ingredients

  • 4 cups fat free greek yogurt, plain
  • 1 cup any milk (I use 1% skim. You can also use Soy, Almond, Cashew, or Oat Milk)
  • 1/4 cup light cream cheese (1/2 cup for a creamier texture if you can manage the extra calories)
  • 1/4 cup low calorie maple syrup (or any sweetener of your choice)
  • 1 & 1/3 cup rolled oats (or instant/quick oats)
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder (I used “Cinnamon Cereal” Whey. Vanilla flavour works too)
  • Cinnamon (for each layer in each jar)
  • OPTIONAL: 1 tsp vanilla extract to your mix
