Eat IKU is a plant-based meal delivery service headquartered in Sydney. It was founded by IKU Wholefoods, a pioneer in plant-based eating since 1985. Eat Iku’s range is entirely vegan, macrobiotic, and gluten-free, and is very reasonably priced at $8.95-$11.95 per dish. With over 50 menu items including breakfast, burgers, curries, salads, soups, and treats, there’s plenty to choose from. Eat Iku is very eco-conscious too, which we love to see. The packaging is mostly reusable, recyclable, or compostable, and there are instructions for disposal on each product. Each delivery also comes with a packet of Warrigal Greens seeds sourced from a small farm owned by First Nations people, which is a nice touch. Currently, Eat IKU delivers NSW, VIC, ACT & QLD, with free delivery on orders over $90.
