But it’s important to remember that carbs are needed for brain function and a great source of energy – think of them as fuel for your body and mind! There are so many benefits to carbohydrate based foods such as oats, potatoes and fruits, and I believe any food (yes – even the dreaded pasta!!) can fit as part of a balanced diet and lifestyle.
