✅Zoe Bingley-Pullin Pick of the week!
Indian Vegetable Curry w Chickpeas 🍛
This meal has been chosen in Week 3 of our Body Reset Program to specifically tie in with our “mood” topic of anxiety. 🙌The key mood enhancing ingredient in this curry is chickpeas, which are packed with nutrients including protein, potassium, iron, magnesium and fibre. Also known for improving digestion, stabilising blood sugar levels and increasing satiety, chickpeas are often incorporated in healing diets and are perfect for those trying to manage their weight or reset old habits. In addition to chickpeas, this curry also includes other anxiety supporting ingredients such as cauliflower, 🥕, tomatoes🍅 and onion that provide all-important magnesium, Vitamin C and B vitamins. This low calorie, vegetarian curry is also very tasty and filling, the perfect option if you are feeling like a lighter alternative. Keep an eye out for the 4 Week Body Reset Program which includes Vegetarian and GF options, launching soon. 🤸🕺
Zoe Bingley-Pullin Pick of the week!
As another week goes by we are getting so close to announcing the launch of our 4 Week Body Reset Program.🙌 This curry is bursting with flavour😋 from the mix of spices including garlic, ginger and coriander and the addition of coconut milk perfectly rounds them off. But this meal isn't just about flavour, it is packed with solid nutrition which is why we selected it for the Week 3 menu to provide the exact ingredients we discuss that week to support a healthy gut. This curry delivers a good dose of fibre; crucial vitamins from the sweet potato, beans and peas; antioxidants from the veg and spices; plus omega 3 fatty acids from the salmon – a wonderful formula for a happy gut. If you are craving a take away curry, this is the perfect healthier alternative, which is just as simple and quick to prepare, not to mention, as tasty! #yum

Vegetable + Lentil Burger with Cauliflower & Thyme 🥕

Who doesn’t love a burger! 🙋‍♂️Not only are they extremely tasty and versatile they are totally plant based. Made virtually entirely from vegetables, this dish is not only low in calories 🙌but will deliver around a third of your fibre intake for the day. Aussie's should be eating 25-35g of dietary fibre per day but most people fall well short of this. We now know the importance of fibre goes well beyond just keeping us regular. Fibre feeds our gut bacteria which play a vital role in keeping us healthy in both mind and body, plus in boosting our immune system to ward off disease👏
