Vegetable + Lentil Burger with Cauliflower & Thyme 🥕

Who doesn’t love a burger! 🙋‍♂️Not only are they extremely tasty and versatile they are totally plant based. Made virtually entirely from vegetables, this dish is not only low in calories 🙌but will deliver around a third of your fibre intake for the day. Aussie's should be eating 25-35g of dietary fibre per day but most people fall well short of this. We now know the importance of fibre goes well beyond just keeping us regular. Fibre feeds our gut bacteria which play a vital role in keeping us healthy in both mind and body, plus in boosting our immune system to ward off disease👏

Broccoli & Almond Soup🥣
If you're looking for a Broccoli and Almond Soup 'nearly' as good as mine this would have to be it!🤗 Like mine, it's full of wholesomeness and great taste and perfect if you're watching your weight. 😋This soup offers a surprising 11g of protein so you'll feel full and satisfied and you won't get hungry again too soon. 🥦Broccoli is part of the brassica family of vegetables and like many of these cruciferous veges, it's packed with a whole lot of goodness from vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, anti-inflammatory and anti-cancerous compounds, the names of which will only serve to confuse.  The bottom line is that there's everything to like and nothing to dislike about broccoli when it comes to your health.  Some people do find the taste of broccoli bitter, so the best way to avoid this is not to overcook it. In this soup the veg is cooked to perfection then blended with a range of herbs and almonds to balance the delicate flavours. 🙌
