I have what I would call a well balanced diet and I eat a very wide variety of fruit and vegetable matter, which is very important for gut health and getting all my micronutrients in, but with modern farming practices, depleted soils and GMO foods, I like to take a multivitamin anyway, just to cover all my bases, in case I am lacking in anything.
