The Lifestyle Meal Prep menu works on a four week rotation with new menus released every 12 weeks. The chefs prepare five fresh menu items according to the weekly menu, and you can choose to order a minimum of 8 weekly meals.
Orders are placed online and need to be submitted before Tuesday midnight for delivery on the weekend.
While Lifestyle Meal Prep isn’t subscription-only (you can order week to week if you like), the benefit of subscribing is that your 4th order is discounted 15%.
